Registration for Music Centre group(s) and/or Central Ensemble(s)

  • You have attended/are due to attend your first group rehearsal
  • You are a registered member joining addition group(s) or ensemble(s)

A parent/carer must complete this form for anyone under the age of 18.

There is only one charge per term to register as a centre member, after which you may join as many suitable groups, Music Centres and Central Ensembles as you like.

Membership is £47 per term (2023-24, subject to annual review) and free for Kirklees Priority Passport holders.

Photos or videos may be occasionally taken at events or rehearsals. Please select below whether you grant Musica Kirklees permission to use any still and/or moving image being video footage, photographs and/or audio footage depicting you/your child and pertaining to the work of Musica Kirklees for use in advertisements, marketing, leaflets or any other use such as for training, educational or publicity purposes.
Musica Kirklees (Kirklees Music School) is a registered charity no. 1013838. Gift Aid allows us to reclaim tax from HM Revenue & Customs at no cost to you. If you would like for Musica Kirklees to claim Gift Aid on your membership, please confirm below. Please note: you must be a UK taxpayer and if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
