free taster sessions with MUSICA KIRKLEES
UPDATE: our application form for Spotlight sessions is now closed. Please check back later for our next opportunity!
Thank you to everyone who has expressed an interest and we'll be in touch as soon as possible to arrange your session.
You can still apply for regular, ongoing instrumental and vocal tuition with Musica Kirklees. Please visit our tuition page for details.
To help us celebrate this wonderful instrument we'd like to give children in Kirklees schools the opportunity to receive up to 3 FREE sessions.
We hope these taster sessions will inspire your child to take up regular, ongoing music lessons in playing an instrument or singing. You can find out more about our ongoing lessons and fees on our tuition pages.
About the FLUTE
The flute is a member of the woodwind family. It has a magical sound created by blowing air across a mouthpiece.

FREE taster sessions - what are they?
Pupils can receive up to 3 free sessions in a group, at their school, with use of an instrument (subject to availability). Your child will get hands-on experience of playing a musical instrument with expert guidance from the Musica Kirklees teaching team.
Taster lessons are available to pupils attending Kirklees schools in school year 11 and under. If the Spotlight instrument isn't suitable for your child, our expert team will be able to recommend an alternative for them to try.
If you'd like to register for regular, ongoing lessons instead of taster sessions please visit our tuition page.
How to apply for your taster sessions
THIS OFFER IS NOW CLOSED. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER FOR OUR NEXT SPOTLIGHT INSTRUMENT!
Places are limited but we'll try to visit as many pupils as possible. If we aren't able to arrange for a flute taster session or the instrument is not suitable for your child, we may be able to offer an alternative if available.
Priority will be given to pupils who have not previously received taster sessions.
