Theory Group
This is a workshop for those working through Music Theory examinations. Each student works at their own pace with support available throughout. Current students are working at all levels from Grades 1 to 8.
We have beginners learning the basics, students who need to take the Grade 5 Theory examination as quickly as possible before they can progress to Grade 6 level on their instrument and some students who are working beyond grade 5 through to Grades 6-8.
Working for these more advanced examinations not only helps them to gain a more in depth knowledge of harmony and composition but also gives them UCAS points - which give added value if they are considering university entrance.
